Erik Moen PT
Erik is the founder/owner of Corpore Sano Physical Therapy and BikePT™. Corpore Sano is a Seattle-area based orthopedic and sports physical therapy clinic. BikePT is a business providing bicycle related continuing education for the healthcare professional as well as being a public resource for bicycling health and performance. Erik has been practicing Physical Therapy since 1992 and is well known for his work with endurance athletes, especially with bicyclists. Erik holds degrees from Pacific Lutheran University and the University of Washington. Erik has helped numerous bicycling athletes achieve high awards through coaching, rehabilitation and performance positioning on the bicycle. The achievements of Erik’s athletes are impressive and include Masters World Championships, Junior National Championships, Elite National Championships, State and Regional Championships, Beijing Paralympic awards, and several awards among numerous triathletes. Erik is an active educator in the cycling community contributing at multiple levels by writing articles, book chapters, and teaching continuing education classes. Erik’s “free-time” is spent with his family, bicycle racing/riding (road, cyclocross, mountain and track), soccer-coaching, and alpine skiing. Kari Studley PT
Kari has been racing bikes at the elite level since 2004 and currently races cross country mountain bike and cyclocross professionally. Kari won the 2012 Single-Speed Cyclocross National Championship! When not on the bike, Kari has worked with patients from all diagnosis backgrounds at the University of Washington Medical Center in both the inpatient and neurologic rehabilitation areas. Kari now merges her experience and passion for cycling and human kinetics as a bike fit specialist at Corpore Sano. Kari received her Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science from Western Washington University, and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University. She also contributes to the Bicycle Paper and has coached several clients with brain injury in their return sports and recreation. In addition to bike riding, Kari also loves to backpack and kayak with her Studley husband.
Curtis Cramblett PT, CFMT, CSCS
Curtis has been practicing physical therapy since 1994. He is BikePT Gold certified, and carries multiple certifications in cycling coaching, personal training, manual therapy and many more. He is the founder and owner of Revolutions in Fitness, providing services to Garmin Cervelo professional cycling team and many other national and world champions in road, mountain and triathlon, including work with Chris Lieto, Lisa Bently, and Thor Hudsof. Curtis also teaches classes at the Institute of Physical Art, is involved in the Manual Therapy Fellowship Program, and teaches bike fit to other PT’s and medical professionals through BikePT. He has been an avid road and mountain bike racer since 1990 competing at the Category 2 level, and has been coaching competitive bike racing since 2005. We are lucky to have Curtis as part of the BikePT team!
Russell Cree PT, DPT
Russell is the founder and owner of Upper Echelon Fitness LLC, a multi-sport and full-service fitness facility in Portland, OR. He holds a doctorate in Physical Therapy from Temple University, has been practicing physical therapy for many years, and coaching competitive cyclists since 1998. Russell sits on the Oregon Bicycle Racing Association Board of Directors and holds certifications in BikePT as well as Slowtwich F.I.S.T. Bike Fit, and FaCT Canada Lactate Threshold Testing. He is a member of the Serotta International Cycling Institute, and has many additional certifications and trainings specific to cycling and overall training and conditioning. He has competed personally as a cyclist since 1994 in Category 1 road and cyclocross, Category 2 track, and PRO XC mountain biking. We are excited to have Russell as part of the BikePT teaching staff!
