Triathlon Workshop

September 2010 (Date TBD)
Class participation requires previous Bronze Level participation
Class will emphasize bicycle adaptations and preparation for triathlon
Class will include an outing to a local triathlon event for lab experience (medical coverage and bicycle biomechanical study)

Cyclocross Workshop
